Sid …our big loveable laidback bear, a real gentleman and a total pleasure to own and be around, Sid loved other dogs (often a little too much). Out and about everyone knew him and his wonderful temperament & type made him a real ambassador for the breed , often referred to as ‘A proper Malamute’!
Excelling in the show ring often doing battle with sister Echo for top Awards. He quickly won his way through the classes and boasts 1 CC and 7 RCC’s and BEST OF BREEDS to his name, Sid was often handled by Sarah Towers of Wintadreama (1CC & 7RCC’S)
Sid had a super working career too running in wheel with his Mum, Sister & Uncle, or with partner in crime Echo as a two dog. A really honest and dependable boy who we often refer to as our ‘Cuddle Monster’
At almost 13 years of age Sid was reunited with Echo in heaven enjoying mooching around, Sausages and Watching TV for sure

"4 year old in good coat and condition; good body muscle with excellent bone throughout; well balanced with a good outline and depth of chest; strong quarters and moved so true around the ring and coming and going. Difficult to find fault in his construction."
"Beautiful strong head & strong muzzle, just on the cusp. Stop a little heavy. Correct bite. Well off for bone. Very neat well set ears, perfect eye shape & set. Such a lovely neck, into a very solid topline. Well proportioned body, making a lovely shape. Excellent depth of chest & spring of rib. Correct moderate angulations front & rear with a broad thigh, strong hocks & nice short strong pasterns and good feet. Tail carriage too tight. Well muscled. Beautiful correctly textured coat. Movement both coming & going and in side gait was powerful & faultless."

Tail could be looser. Correct moderate angulations front & rear with a broad thigh, strong hocks. Well muscled. Moved with good reach & powerful drive whilst holding his topline.
