2010 see our Kennel win FASTEST ALL MALAMUTE TEAM, TOP WORKING DOG & BITCH and RESERVE BEST IN SHOW
A fantastic start to 2010 giving us three Sled races (On snow) in the UK for the first time in many many years. Misty & Mikey did us proud winning all three of these competitions. Also gaining the FASTEST ALL MALAMUTE TEAM at Aviemore for the second year running. We were pleased to also get first place at Thetford Forest, Sherwood & Dyfnant finally Rally.
Crufts was our first show for over five months so we were all a little rusty, winning the very strong Limit Dog Class with Mikey giving his StudBook Number which qualifies him for life to compete at Crufts.
The final Rally of the year was Bshra rally down at Brandon Park. We have had a very successful season with Bshra this year and we delighted to win the annual Championship for the Malamute Class.
The Alaskan Malamute Club presented two very special Awards to our kennel 2009/2010 Mikey won the Alaskan Malamute TOP WORKING DOG & Misty won the Alaskan Malamute TOP WORKING BITCH. Competition has been very tough this year as the popularity of the sport increases.
Wayne Misty & Mikey have won some big classes some with over 40 entries. Our Dogs have only lightly been shown during 2009 and despite this, they dogs are amongst the Top Malamutes listed in the showing results.
At the Alaskan Malamute Speciality Show saw Mikey go RESERVE BEST DOG & RESERVE BEST IN SHOW Our judge was breed specialist Mr John Phillips.
Two much wanted litters arrived in early June Misty’s pups, 6 Girls & 4 Boys Sired by the lovely Nero Vvanilla Snoman Del Biagio At Wintadreama SHCM (IMP ITA). Breeze’s pups, 2 Girls & 2 Boys so it was a busy summer raising the pups.
LKA CH Show was to be Sid & Echo’s first show at just six months of age, Sid won his class, & BEST PUPPY DOG, Echo won her class and BEST PUPPY BITCH and the two went head to head for BEST PUPPY IN BREED with Sid pipping Echo on this occasion.
Misty’s daughter “Keisha” was awarded at an Open show BEST PUPPY IN BREED & PUPPY WORKING GROUP 2 also Well done to her owners we are very proud!

2009 see our Kennel win FASTEST ALL MALAMUTE TEAM, 1 RCC, 2 BEST BITCH & 2 RES BEST BITCH
Misty & Mikey loved the trail in Aviemore and were the fastest All Malamute team not only of the event but in the history Aviemore at the time. A hectic schedule around the rallies saw them gain numerous wins, top placing and FASTEST ALL MALAMUTE TEAM.
Exhausted after the working season we managed to slot in getting married between the working & show scene. Gretna Green was the setting for our wedding of course all the dogs came along too!! We came home to receive some Great News from the Malamute of the Year Award saw Storm win TOP BROOD BITCH and Misty & Mikey Runners up in the Working Sector.
A great start to the show season and consistent top placings starting at Birmingham CH show was a super day Breeze wins the RCC, Mikey wins his class. At the Alaskan Malamute Speciality Show Mikey is the Overall Winner in the Stakes Class, and Wayne braves the Team class (Showing 3 dogs together) and wins the class.
A great day was had at Southern Counties CH Show with Breeze winning BEST BITCH and mother Stom winning RESERVE BEST BITCH under Judge Pekka Teini [Finland].
At Leeds CH Show Storm amused all the spectators by wooing around the ring, We were very proud when she was awarded BEST BITCH from a very strong open class. At the Alaskan Malamute Speciality CH Show, Breeze wins the Limit Bitch class.
Misty wins Post Graduate Bitch and then goes on to win BEST BITCH at Driffield CH Show.

TOP BROOD BITCH MOYA AWARDS 2008 (Koldsnap Stormy Blue at Arcticbreeze)
We combined our holiday with Waynes first Aviemore sled dog race, it was an awesome week, Our Young pups Misty and Mikey took the journey and atmosphere in their stride.
Mikey and Misty made their debut into the show world in May at Birmingham National both behaved and enjoyed themselves getting placed and Storm won a huge Limit class getting her stud book number which qualifies her for Crufts for Life. Locally we did our open show in Crewe. Breeze got BEST OF BREED and Mikey WPG1. Breeze won RESERVE BEST BITCH Bath CH Show Judge Mrs C E Cartledge. Three Counties was a great day Misty & Mikey both won their classes under Breed specialist Keith Givens. This time Misty pipped Mikey later in the year at Birmingham City a few weeks later Mikey came out on top winning BEST PUPPY IN BREED. Throughout the year all of the dogs consistently placed and made us proud. With Breeze starting to mature she was soon holding her own towards the end of the showing season at Darlington saw Breeze gained BEST BITCH and Mikey gained another BEST PUPPY IN BREED.
With working season on the horizon training was going very well with Misty & Mikey. We had no doubt we had something very special with them. They made their debut and we were thrilled to see them even in the first few races win and be in the top three placings and more mportantly they loved every minute.
